You drive our organization in the fields of quality management and operational excellence. You help us develop our organization and teams to meet our future challenges in line with our customers' needs using Lean Six Sigma methods. You lead us to develop cross-functional projects while you are the key driver for our major changes and projects. You support us in a collaborative manner by co-piloting all other changes we identified. This position is based in Eggelsberg, Austria.
- Build change management frameworks & implement quality and operational excellence standards across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement culture into our division and develop it further through LEAN expertise and skills
- Benchmark within the industry, to continuously challenge the status quo and further develop the organizational self-perception
- Act as Operational Excellence Manager in cross-functional project teams and support team members by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
- Set, deploy, and lead the Quality strategy for our organization, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations
- Drive the quality aspects of the business through the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solution to problems
- Coordinate the efforts of all necessary functions that impact on the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class level performance
- At least 10 years’ management experience in the field of global quality management and Operational Excellence, ideally experience with industrial automation products
- Management experience across multiple functions
- Strong, well-developed communication, coaching and management skills
- Awareness of organizational, cultural group and/or interpersonal dynamics to motivate people with excellent influencing skills
- Strategic and analytical skills combined with the ability to think outside the box and a doer mentality
- Proven leadership skills to coach and lead teams to fully deliver chartered objectives and projects that drive continuous improvement
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluency in English and German
